We had a great time flying at Boxcar Park, even though the temps were a bit on the chilly side. Wind was out of the south and varied between about 5-17 mph. Dirk had some new kites to show us, although he was not able to try them out since they were for low wind. Dale and I flew our old favorites.
There were several groups of people who looked the No Kite Flying sign, looked at us, looked back at the sign, looked at us again... This is our 2024 Special Use Permit. It can also be found by using the Helpful Links page referenced by scrolling to the very bottom.
